Associate Director, Talent Search

"Life is meant to be lived, and curiosity must be nurtured. One should never, for any reason, turn one's back on life." - Eleanore Roosevelt

Rachel began her career as an assistant to the Associate Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Ottawa where she was also responsible for the events.  After, she worked in the cultural and community sector as a Community and Cultural Development Officer in Prince Edward Island where she staged the first all-French show at the Confederation Centre of the Arts in Charlottetown.

Rachel began her career as a legal assistant in a national firm in Quebec and Ontario.  She subsequently held the positions of Human Resources Manager and General Manager with major law firms in Montreal and Quebec City.

With her extensive knowledge of the legal community and particularly of recruitment challenges, Rachel will be able to answer questions and advise candidates and employers in order to find the perfect match for a long-term collaboration. With her jovial nature and her simplicity, Rachel de-dramatizes the interview and creates a bond of trust with the candidates.

Rachel loves to travel and take long walks.  She enjoys reading, especially biographies.  She is also interested in national and international politics.
