Our client, a young, dynamic company offering its clients a turnkey product, is looking for a Legal Coordinator in Corporate Finance to complete its multidisciplinary team. Here is an opportunity that will delight the person looking for both the legal and drafting components.

As such, the responsibilities of the Legal Coordinator in Corporate Finance are as follows:

  • Work very closely with the legal team, both in terms of legal and administrative support, in the production of commercial law documents;
  • Coordinate and contribute to the drafting of financing requests, offers of service, etc;
  • Validate and inform clients of opportunities to be seized;
  • Keep up to date in all existing initiatives in order to keep existing and potential clients well informed;
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of the information entered and validate missing information with clients so that it complies with the requirements of financial organizations and institutions;
  • Ensure a close follow-up of the requests made and ensure that deadlines are met;
  • And many other tasks related to this fascinating position;

Your skills are distinguished by:

  • An ACS/DCS in administration with a legal or paralegal specialization;
  • 2 to 3 years of experience as a legal assistant / paralegal or other relevant experience in a law firm or in the legal department of a company;
  • Experience in corporate finance would be a great asset;
  • Knowledge of CRM and project management software is a strong asset;

  • Bilingualism, both written and oral proficiency;
  • Demonstrated organizational ability, good stress and priority management;
  • A rigorous work ethic, attention to detail, autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility;
  • Excellent writing and interpersonal skills;
