Our client, recognized in its field, offers specialized software solutions to a target clientele.

In this context, the role of the legal assistant consists of:

  • Maintaining close collaboration with team members and the various vice-presidents;
  • Managing the agendas of team members;
  • Preparing various presentations for members of the Board of Directors, the legal department and clients;
  • Preparing and revising various documents, specifications, bids, consulting contracts, specifications, etc.;
  • Ensuring a rigorous follow-up on deadlines with team members;
  • Maintaining up-to-date files, registration, classification, updates in computer systems;
  • Ensuring various clerical tasks.

Among other things, you have to offer:

  • Experience of approximately 2 years or more in a law firm or a legal department of a company;
  • Good knowledge of the Office suite including, Power Point;
  • A good level of bilingualism, both written and oral;
  • Good interpersonal skills and excellent customer service;
  • The ability to take charge of files due to your innate sense of organization, effectiveness and efficiency.
