Our client, a well-known law firm, is looking for a Supervisor for its group of document specialists. As a Supervisor, Document Specialist, you will be responsible to, among other things:

  • Supervise and coach the members of your team;
  • Carry out supervisory tasks such as: performance evaluation process, hiring, on-boarding and integration, etc..;
  • Coordinate and distribute work according to available resources and ensure that deadlines are met;
  • Format and modify Word texts, PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets and organizational charts;
  • Ensure that the production, layout and modification of documents, reports, attachments, etc. meet established standards;
  • Coordinate the work with the managers of the other production centres; and
  • All other administrative tasks;

You have:

  • Supervisory experience in a centre of document specialists/ word processing operators;
  • Natural leadership that is recognized by your peers;
  • In-depth knowledge of the Office suite;
  • Bilingualism, oral and written (French-English)
  • Communication skills and an ability to develop excellent interpersonal relationships;
  • Organizational skills, excellent priority management, stress management;
  • You are able to find solutions in complex situations.
