Our client would be pleased to meet you! As the firm is looking for an Administrative Assistant to complement its team and work mainly for a partner practicing commercial law, you will be asked more than ever to contribute your passion for numbers.

Your role will consist of, among other things:

  • Management of the agenda and emails for which you will ensure a rigorous follow-up;
  • Transcribe dictated notes, documents, procedures, etc.;
  • Ensure a follow-up of current files;
  • Open/close files, filing and invoicing;
  • Other administrative tasks.

Your skills are :

  • Education in administrative secretarial work (DVS - ACS)
  • A minimum of three years experience as an administrative assistant
  • Mastery of English (both spoken and written), a functional level of French.
  • Speed of execution ;
  • Meticulousness, organizational and relational skills;
  • Autonomy at work and your ability to work in a team;
  • Excellent command of Word;
  • Ability to manage several files simultaneously;
