LAWYER - CIVIL AND COMMERCIAL LITIGATION

Our client, a specialized firm that promotes a healthy and balanced lifestyle, is currently looking for a lawyer to join its civil and commercial litigation team.

The ideal candidate for this position has approximately 5 to 10 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation. He can look forward to working on interesting, diversified and stimulating mandates.

In addition to being a member of the Quebec Bar, the selected candidate must have experience in pleading before the courts autonomously. Whether a contested motion, examination before trial, injunction or a trial lasting several days, the candidate must be able to successfully handle each case. He will be given a great deal of autonomy to do so and will have the opportunity to work alone and as part of a team of colleagues who are passionate and recognized for their professionalism.
