Our client, one of the most innovative law firms in Canada, is currently seeking a bilingual lawyer with extensive experience in drafting commercial contracts.

The selected professional will participate in the continuous improvement of the bank of precedents and model documents used daily by the various practice areas of the firm (transactional, real estate, corporate, financing, securities, etc.).

Therefore this position is ideal for a lawyer who wants to leave his traditional private practice position and is ready to stand out for his high rigor, ability to synthesize information and legal knowledge in business law.

As part of this specialized team, you will be a key person in establishing the best practices of the firm and improving the reference tools made available to its professionals. You will also have a broad view of the various commercial contracts created internally and available on the market.

To be considered for this role, you must have excellent drafting skills in both English and French.
