REAL ESTATE ASSISTANT – PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Our client, a renowned company operating in the American and Canadian real estate field, is seeking a bilingual assistant to join the team of the leasing department where you will be collaborating with the management team.

YOUR ROLE

As an administrative assistant within the leasing department, you will provide a precious support to the team in various files. Amongst your responsibilities, your tasks will mainly include:

  • Preparing various documents related to rentals: legal documentation, client files, lease agreements, lease renewal etc;
  • Undertaking a rigorous follow-up of all documentation;
  • Ensuring and maintaining the deadlines;
  • Offering an impeccable service to internal and external clients;
  • Managing appointments for the directors of the leasing division, coordinating meetings and organising business travel when needed;
  • Preparing various reports and presentations;
  • Being involved with the implementation of the departmental budget and taking care of various invoicing;
  • Managing the opening, the paper and electronic classification, the follow-up and the organization of files.


YOUR STRENGTHS

  • DEP in secretarial studies or any other combination of relevant experience will be considered
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant
  • Experience in real estate, an asset
  • Strong French and English skills, spoken like written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Outstanding team spirit and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and priority management skills
  • Discretion, analytical skills and detail-oriented
