The Montpetit Group Human Resources' Code of Conduct

1. We will not solicit job seekers from our employers' firms.
2. We will maintain and ensure the confidentiality of the recruitment processes of both our employers and our job seekers.
3. We will only forward resumes to those employers who have mandated us to recruit on their behalf.
4. We require written consent from job seekers in order to represent them.
