Bilingualism is usually defined as the practice of two different languages. However, one can speak and write two languages with a different level of skill. The mastery of a second language can be attributed to the requirements of a job or to the person's background.
 
A few years ago, changing jobs was a process that only took a few days; the number of jobs available on the market was equal to the number of job seekers, thus generating a rotation of staff from one firm to the other.

The first impression you make on a prospective employer is the most important one. The first judgment a recruiter makes is going to be based on how you look and what you wear. The old adage could never be so true, "You never get a second chance to make a first impression."That is why it is always primordial to dress professionally for a job interview.
