The shy sun and cold weather of Quebec’s early spring didn’t stop Danielle Montpetit from hitting the road and going across the province to address legal professionals. From Sept-Îles to Montreal, with a stop in Quebec City, Magog and Joliette, she gave a total of seven conferences to enthusiastic audiences of employers and candidates.
In collaboration with the Barreau du Québec, Danielle gave a conference tailored to law firms and businesses of all kinds focussing on the importance of sound human resources management. Witnessing a crucial need for this specific service propelled Groupe Montpetit in offering it to small to medium businesses.
Deeply concerned with the success of this next generation of legal professionals, Danielle gave conferences to law students and young lawyers on the realities of today’s employment market. She was able to share with them tips and strategies for a successful job search. These conferences were given in collaboration with Montreal’s Bar Association and several young Bar Associations.
Now back at the office, Danielle’s spring tour has come to an end. As she returns to her regular schedule, she hopes her efforts have raised awareness of the realities of today’s job market and helped her audience in better understanding it.
