History

Danielle Montpetit began her career teaching computer skills in-house at professional firms such as law offices, where she found herself working with legal secretaries searching for the perfect job, and lawyers looking for the perfect assistant. Before long, Danielle had become the intermediary-of-choice between job seekers and employers, helping both in their respective searches. It was an experience that was to inspire the 23-year-old Danielle Montpetit to create her own recruitment and placement agency, which she did on January 23^rd , 1983.

In a few short years, the Montpetit Group Human Resources was specializing in recruitment and placement for legal and administrative professions in search of excellent job seekers to fill positions from support staff to management, from specialized professions to senior ranks.
